Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes schedules and budgets
- Track/monitor project progress to manage financial budget and schedule
- Manage complex contract negotiations
- Assemble/manage project teams
- Serve as primary contact for clients/team
- Manage change requests/implement strategies to minimize negative impacts on the project
- Review work to ensure highquality work is performed
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Document all project deliverables/maintain project records (correspondence design plans and other related files)
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Ensure regulations are followed and enforce safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering
- 6 years of highway/municipal design experience
- Project management experience including scope schedule and budget control
- PE License
- Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Salary is commensurate with experience.
