Job Description
Job Title: ITSM Support
Location: Remote opportunity
Job Description:
TSM Support (EX UHG Preffered)
Required skills: ITSM Operations Support, API calls, Asana or any project management tool is a plus.
- ITSM Operations Support Profile with following capabilities:
- Pick up tickets and work through it based on SOP.
- Experience making API calls (Get/Post) through a tool like postman
- Send out emails/ scheduling meetings
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Knowledge of any scripting language would be a plus.
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills since this would user interfacing role.
- Familiarity with Asana or any project management tool is a plus.
