Our European team is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to support our growing set of partners in Europe.
Tasks
- Collaborating with our overseas support and operations teams.
- Tracking business goals and revenue metrics for each partner.
- Understanding the partners business; helping to overcome any pain points in selling and implementation.
- Providing responses to Partners inquiries; troubleshooting support issues.
- Helping partners maximise revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Technology savvy with a business acumen You understand and love technology, and have the desire to learn more to understand how it can solve the customer's needs. Experience using cloud business software is preferred.
- You are good at working with people and combine that with the knowledge of products and the markets to build trust with channel partners to help them grow.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills daily video calls, meetings, and following up with partners on a variety of topics.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills many partners consider you their primary contact.. You balance regularly scheduled partner growth reviews with being available to assist partners on a day-to-day basis.
- Analytical/data acuity You run data driven sales reports for the region, customers, or partners.
- Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats by collaborating with various departments.
- Self-starter you think outside the box to solve issues and address partner concerns.
- Unfailing ability to understand situations from multiple points of view.
- Have complete fluency (native or 'C' level proficiency) in German, in addition to professional level English.
- It's important for the applicant to be a resident in Germany, have a valid work authorisation and be within commutable distance.
