Our client an established insurance company is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their team as a consultant. The ideal candidate will enhance the process and systems to accommodate new business requirements. There is a centralized team that will require some additional help reaching all of the various internal departments at the client in order to align all areas with project goals. A person with any health insurance background will definitely be plus.

Required:

• • Experience in Healthcare Insurance is a must.
  • Ability to take initiative / Self-Motivator
  • Advanced facilitator who can work with Sr. Leadership
  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing project landscape
  • Requirement Elicitation
    • Skillset to foster elicitation from varying business areas/stakeholders
    • Ability to ask questions while analyzing business/system needs to produce requirements
    • Ability to adapt technique as situation dictates
    • Experience with JAD, Use Cases a must to excel in this role

• • • Thorough knowledge of the SDLC.
    • Agile/Waterfall methodology experience
    • Ability to communicate at all levels of a business organization - oral & written
    • Ability to translate information to differing stakeholders
  • Ability to Problem Solve and/or apply strategic thinking as need arises
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team-player
