Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will achieve revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering/Service teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any difficulties relating to delivery and installation/servicing of proper equipment.
  • Responsible for training the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.

Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors/ Associate s in Engineering or related field or, in lieu of a degree.
  • MTS+/HTS Diploma with minimum of 5 years experience in electrical/instrumentation/industrial controls.
  • English and Dutch language fluency is a must have.

WE VALUE

  • Previous industry experience.
  • Previous technical/installation experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical/professional certificate.
  • Ability to work safely within the Honeywell/Customer HSE requirements.
  • Experience with Electrical troubleshooting techniques preferred.
  • Knowledge of concepts of Process Control preferred.
  • High level of skills required for problem resolution.
  • Capable of performing preventative/corrective maintenance.
  • Capable of writing, reviewing, and / or editing various types of technical reports.
  • Able to conduct formal meetings with customer management personal as requested.
  • Networking experience desired in IT disciplines.
