Job Description:

As a Software Lead Engineer you will collaborate with a team of software engineers and architects to develop advanced applications with a special focus on embedded software in precisiondriven environments. Your role will involve ensuring the delivery of highquality software through clear processes accurate estimations and a focus on continuous improvement. You will work closely with professionals from various disciplines including mechanical electrical and mechatronics engineering.

Effective communication is crucial in this role. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks ensuring that your work meets high standards and is delivered on time. Your expertise in software development processes will be essential in identifying gaps and implementing effective solutions.

What you will need:

To excel in this position you should bring a blend of technical expertise and soft ss. Key qualifications include:

A Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or a related field

At least 8 years of experience in developing technical software particularly in C# and embedded C

Strong knowledge of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML)

Experience working within Agile development teams

A background in hightech mechatronic environments is highly desirable

Additional ss in areas such as databases PLCs test strategies or electronics/mechatronics would be advantageous

Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and understandable manner

Fluency in English both written and spoken

A strong desire to learn and grow within the hightech industry
