Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Abbott Park, IL (ONSITE)

Business Systems Analyst-Abbott Park
- The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can fulfill the various roles necessary to assist a Business Application Program Manager.
- There are two main elements to this position.
- The first requires the candidate to follow a complex set of steps to pull legacy audit data from various sources and using that data to enter information into a new Audit Handling application. In some instances, older reports will need to be reviewed to determine the best course of action to take when entering data into the new system.
- This may include comparison of information pulled from multiple sources and requires considerable data entry.
- The second element requires the candidate to assist with requirements, training, and testing documentation related to the creation of validated metrics reports.
- The candidate will also assist with the creation, modification and troubleshooting of Power BI reports to assist with data analysis.
- Critical thinking skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
- Previous experience in health care manufacturing / operations is desired but not required.
- Data Entry Skills will be utilized-Previous experience with Power BI is a plus, but again not required.
