Data Warehouse Reporting Analyst Sr.
Company Overview: Our client is a leading healthcare located in Orange CA seeking a lead data and reporting analyst who is responsible for developing and supporting organizationwide reporting.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate shall have at least 5 years of experience designing modifying and maintaining the database and 3 years of experience with structured query language with added weight on candidates with background in health care setting.
Position Responsibilities
- Leads the development of business and functional requirements for reports.
- Designs develops tests and implements reports/dashboards and extraction transformation and loading (ETL) to fulfill business requirements as needed.
- Serves as a subject matter expert across the organization and assists users with reporting (including adhoc reporting) and analysis activities and tools.
- Supports user training testing documentation and the rollout of reports and enduser reporting tools.
- Administers BI security deployment upgrades and maintenance.
- Maintains effective working relationships with the DW team other Information Services teams and the other business departments within CalOptima Health.
- Maintains knowledge of business processes and application design and understand crossfunctional business relationships and their use of information.
- Completes other duties or projects as assigned.
Experience & Education
Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field required.
5 years of experience with general relational databases and reporting development required.
5 years of experience with BI data warehousing reporting analysis design testing and administration required.
5 years of experience developing Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures and using reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Tableau Power BI MicroStrategy Business Objects and/or Cognos for developing reports required.
1 year of experience in developing reports in a health care related business preferably a health plan.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above may also be qualifying.

- Hearing ability for verbal communication/conversation/responses via telephone telephone systems and facetoface interactions.
- Manual dexterity for typing writing standing and reaching flexibility body movement for bending crouching walking kneeling and prolonged sitting.
- Lifting and moving objects patients and/or equipment 10 to 25 pounds
