1. Min 5 Years experience of managing Production in Food Industry
2. Good People Management Skills to keep Teams motivated to achieve targets, coordinate with other shift/teams for smooth and uninterrupted production.
3. Good Production Planning skills to schedule and get work done in a dynamic production environment
The key responsibilities are set out as below:
Overall in-charge of all activities in your allotted area of production, including processing, packing and quality
Ensuring smooth operation of the whole RTE Product line including all aspects of the process from raw material intake to dispatch.
Adherence to customer specifications, ensuring that strict food safety standards are met with respect to hygiene and product quality, as prescribed by the customer
Liaising with Operations Manager/Team to determine daily/weekly production requirements, and ensuring that sufficient manpower is available to complete the planned production.
Monitor raw material intake and processing quality and report back any adverse findings
Achievement of the daily and weekly production plan, preparing Daily Production Reports & monitoring QC Reports.
Achievement of high level of labor & plant hygiene and efficiencies.
Maintaining and improving existing processes
Testing and checking daily samples from production
