Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished product
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final videos
• Enhance video quality using various editing software
• Incorporate music dialogues graphics and effects where necessary
• Review and amend edited videos based on feedback
• Ensure all edited videos align with brand guidelines
• Manage and organize video files and assets
• Stay updated with the latest video editing technologies and trends
• Assist with other video production tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate
• Demonstrated experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar
• Basic understanding of video production and postproduction processes
• A strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and creativity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling
• Effective communication skills and the ability to take direction
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Understanding of different video formats and codecs
• Knowledge of color correction and audio editing techniques
