Role: Flutter Lead
Exp: 8 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Working Mode: 5 Days WFO
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Lead Mobile App Developer with expertise in Flutter and Android IOS to join our team. As a Lead Mobile App Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining innovative mobile applications for our clients. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including designers and backend developers to deliver highquality and userfriendly mobile apps.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design architecture and implementation of Flutterbased mobile applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Flutter developers.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (including Product Management Design and Backend) to
define and deliver new features.
Set coding standards and best practices for the Flutter development team.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance.
Architect and implement complex Flutter applications with a focus on performance scalability and
maintainability.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Flutter and mobile technologies and advocate for their
adoption as appropriate.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in Flutter development (minimum 8 years).
Extensive experience with Flutter framework Dart programming language and related tools.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture design patterns and best practices.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Ability to architect complex Flutter applications from scratch.
Proficient in version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
