Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Schedule, coordinate and attend the closing process.
*Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
*Enter all client information into the client database.
*Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
*Oversee all Aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase a agreement to closing.
*Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
*Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must be a good team player
*Able to work in flexible hours
*Has good work ethics
*Good command of the English language
