Dear Candidate
We are hiring for tele caller profile
Have to confirm the online order with the customers and clarify their doubts regarding the
orders.
Make calls to customers and rectify their short shipping addresses.
One has to handle daily non delivery reports of parcels.
Speak to the customer regarding the delivery issue, parcel rejected by the customers
Coordinate with the logistic partner regarding the delivery issue.
Prepare daily reports related to delivery and customer calls in excel format along with call
recordings of customer and submit daily in the evening.
