Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Outbound Tele Callers for Banking Lead Generation. This is an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals to be part of a thriving work environment.
Location: Powai L&TAndheri East
Position: FullTime
Qualifications:
- HSC passed or above
Salary and Benefits:
- Gross Salary: 15339 to 23139 (based on experience)
- Net Salary: 13408 to 21004 (based on experience)
- Performancebased incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls to generate leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively in English and other languages to engage potential customers.
- Promote financial products such as credit cards personal loans and savings accounts.
- Attend a 7day training program to enhance skills.
- Work from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Saturday with Sundays off.
Note: Candidates must be comfortable with a walkin interview.
