1. Administer all employee documentations and staff files
2. Implement Employee's contract of Employment
3. Industrial Relations (Basic site relations and discipline)
4. Source and recruit candidates for vacancies
5. Conduct all relevant checks ( Criminal, qualification verification, ITC and reference)
Minimum requirements
Minimum grade 12;
Knowledge of VIP / Pastel Payroll programs and The Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Computer literate
Min of 3 year payroll experience
