Client is looking for a talented, smart, experienced and entrepreneurial Product Manager to help us deliver a world-class products for the healthcare industry. The Senior product Manager will have end-to-end ownership of key products and features that will potentially drive value across business lines . We expect the Sr Solutions Manager to be a passionate customer and category advocate within, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
The product Manager must be an effective negotiator, leader and communicator in working with some of most important partners and clients, as well as with internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for product, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and a sense of humor. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver.
The Successful Senior product Manager must be able to
Act as the business owner for their product initiative, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business o This entails owning forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the category, along with responsibility for driving strategic projects to achieve business objectives.
Develop a detailed understanding of the product development and go-to-market process for products and work across business lines to drive success within each segment of our business.
Work with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of new accessory products by coordinating internally and externally the go-to-market schedule and activities, ensuring that key deliverables are available when needed, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes.
Have a thorough understanding of the industry, market and regulatory trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments. Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to deliver products that provide WellSky clients with an unparalleled user experience.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or technical field
5+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
7+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience managing multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or master's degree
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
Proven ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skill and create an effective strategy
Technical fluency; ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders
Demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision
Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer-facing features
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
Ability to develop & drive category business strategy
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond rapidly to evolving threats and opportunities
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements
