Product Manager Retail Product Lines Onsite
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Retail Product Lines team where you will play a key role in shaping the future of global retail. This is an opportunity to drive product creation and merchandising strategies ensuring our offerings resonate with consumers and meet business goals. As a Product Manager for Retail Product Lines youll be at the forefront of bringing innovative product solutions to market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product creation processes across multiple business lines ensuring strategic alignment with merchandising goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute product plans that meet both consumer needs and business objectives.
- Drive decisions by understanding key business systems product lifecycles and market trends.
- Ensure successful product launches by overseeing timelines deliverables and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Operate with agility and adaptability in ambiguous situations driving solutions and innovations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of handson experience in merchandising and/or product creation with a proven track record of success.
- Experience leading teams across multiple business areas and managing diverse product lines.
- Strong understanding of product development systems business processes and decisionmaking in a retail context.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a strategic consumerfocused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in apparel product management particularly in a global or largescale retail setting.
- A positive collaborative leader who can inspire crossfunctional teams and navigate dynamic fastpaced environments.
- Experience delivering impactful results in crossfunctional team leadership.
Education:
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degrees (Masters PhD) or certifications in business merchandising or product management are highly desirable.
