Job Description
SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
(Php14,000 - Php17,000.00)
Assists in daily administrative tasks of the Sales and Marketing Team, particularly the Sales and Marketing Manager. Coordinates with clients and different departments to facilitate and ensure correct invoicing of sales. Responsible for sourcing material requirements in projects.
Technical and Behavioral Competencies:
Coordination Skills (Cooperation, works well in a team)
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills (Should be confident and persuasive).
Proficiency in the English Language
Time Management
Analytical Skills
Resourceful and organized
Perfectionist
Customer-oriented
Committed to excellent results / Results Oriented
Continuous learning and improvement
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, must know how to do Pivot and VLookup in Excel
Qualifications:
Bachelors/College degree in Business Management or its equivalent
Working experience in a similar function would be a plus
