Qualifications
1 year experience in a HR Generalist role
Knowledge of Recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc
Strong Microsoft Office Skills - specifically Outlook
Responsibilities
Responsible for HR and full lifecycle Recruiting for software company
Perform HR duties
Collaborate with management to determine recruitment and retention strategies and programs
Prepare job postings/listings and other communications to attract applicants
Create an effective candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates from multiple channels and screening resumes
Maintain and collect recruitment and retention metrics for company and regulatory purposes
