Job Description



Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a talented, experienced Software Test (QA) manager with solid leadership/communication skills and a passion for testing software for our Global Banking Modernization Program. In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing and leading SQA teams through the Application Testing Lifecycle. This will entail collaborating with development, business, and other SQA test teams. You will work closely with teams to engage and manage test deliverables, allocate resources (Full time & Contractors) and making ensure quality of testing for the GBM platform. Position offers location flexibility. We are primarily looking for someone located in the Princeton, New York, and Boston Areas to be able to coordinate tasks with teams located in China/India/Boston/Toronto.

What you will be responsible for

As Software Team manager you will
Oversee full time and contract resources
Design and oversee Test Plans, Test Matrices/Runbooks, and provide status reporting
Coordinate and Test Application Stories and defects alongside your team
Knowledge of RTC, Agile, SDLC, JIRA, Cash/Payment Platform is a plus
Evaluate product functionality, create test strategies, execute and provide sign off
Work with other test leads on Joint Integration and end to end testing across Multiple applications
Be able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure to deliver code to Production
Peer Review all testing documentation to ensure business requirements are covered

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree
5+ years of testing experience
Have led a team for at least 3 years
Proficient in Microsoft Tools


Additional requirements

Knowledge of QA and Agile methodology and tools
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
