What you'll do: Support the development and execution of key initiatives, campaigns, and product launches Participate in content planning, ideation, creation, distribution, amplification, and analysis Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives Manage and/or liaison with agencies, media partners, and suppliers for development of materials Ensure a swift flow of content through marketing and regulatory review processes Ensure marketing materials comply with Cytiva's brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements Track progress of programs for effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement Drive adoption of new marketing strategies - new channels, communication techniques, and tactics Provide feedback and ideate on new approaches to marketing based on industry trends Who you are: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field 2+ years' experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field Knowledge of integrated marketing communication strategies (traditional, digital, and events) and content marketing best practices Strong project management and organization skills with keen attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills Experience working with diverse, cross-functional, global teams and outside vendors High energy, proactive team player, and flexible to pivot with changes in priorities Preferred: life sciences product/industry acumen **This position is preferred hybrid however, remote candidates can be considered. Would prefer local candidates or at least in Eastern Time Zone.
