- Job Location: 100% Remote (mostly remote but within 100 miles of San Diego in case there is an onsite need)

- Shift: Monday- Friday, 8-5 PST
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will assist various technical teams, the project management team and clinical teams with planning, managing, evaluating and the coordination of multiple projects of medium complexity.
The Project Coordinator will work the internal customer, the project management team, technical teams and applicable vendors to coordinate project tasks, determine timelines, produce project schedules and organizing the deployment of project-related deliverables.
Responsibilities will include:
o Using strong coordination ability to deliver on project implementation
o Guiding the various teams while creating a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and continuous improvement
o Managing multiple medium-complexity, competing schedules
o Effectively communicating with the customer, the project team and key stakeholders
o Foster a culture of honesty, trust, transparency and alignment with the customer, project team, stakeholders and project management office
Minimum Requirements:
A.S. or A.A.S. in Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Information Technology, Engineering; or, equivalent, practical experience in a related healthcare field
Minimum 2 years of proven Project Coordinator experience
Minimum 2 years of proven Project Coordinator experience in a healthcare setting
Proven experience with creating and maintaining multiple project schedules of varying complexity
Strong analytical skills
Strong organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Preferred Requirements:
CAPM certification
PMP certification
SCRUM Master certification
Certified, or experience with, Agile and Waterfall project delivery models
Experience working in a formal project management office (PMO)
