Our international client based in Madrid is currently looking for a Italian-speaking Customer Service
Representative, to start immediately and support a project in the luxury automobile sector.

Responsibilities:
Answer to customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile, ensuring their satisfaction through a
unique customer experience
Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, and managing claims and requests.

Requirements:
Local Documents - Spanish Social Security and Tax number
Fluency in Italy (C1 Level or Native)
Excelent Level in English
Good computer skills
Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
Excellent communication skills
Good listening and empathy skills
Good time management skills

Conditions on offer:
39 hours a week from Monday to Friday, working hours alternate between 8 and 20.
3 weeks training under contract, from 9 to 18
A stable contract
Possibility of promoting within our company
