We will count on you to:

Responsible to maintain user access in the system namely creation, deletions and amendments of insurers, brokers and end users.
Provide first level support to ClearSight/iClaims users (Internal / External Business / Operation Teams) via calls or emails
Use incident ticketing tool to track and manage all the calls and emails received from the business
Investigate any reported system incidents and escalate as necessary while follow through to ensure issues are resolved.
Manage the administration of user access, claims and policies while ensuring Claims Helpdesk SLA are met.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Run business report from ClearSight/iClaims while supporting ad-hoc tasks assigned.


What you need to have:

Preferably a degree holder preferably in
Information Technology (IT)

2-3 years working experience in a
Contact Centre/ Helpdesk/ Customer Service
environment
Computer literate withgood
troubleshooting skills
to assist end users with any technical issues experienced withclaimsoperation system
Proficient in
MS Office
(Pivot Table, Excel Formulas, PowerPoint and Words)
Ability to understand, speak, read and write
English
is required

Experienced in
Insurance industry/ Insurance broking and related projects

Experience supporting shared service operation for Asian countries
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
Excellent coordination and listening skill and be able to ask probing questions to understand concerns
