Project Consultant

The new incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver highquality software solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. This role requires a combination of technical presales expertise project management skills and a customercentric approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Presales Expertise:
   • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
   • Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new projects.
   • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Client Relationship Management:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
   • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance client relationships.
3. Team Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and QA engineers.
   • Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
   • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project goals.
4. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements objectives and timelines.
   • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks resources and milestones.
   • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure smooth execution.
   • Monitor project progress and promptly address any issues or deviations from the plan.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports meeting minutes and risk assessments.
   • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress issues and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Understanding as a Project Consultant technical presales or similar role in the IT middleware services industry.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingess to learn and proactive with a growth mindset.
