Our Mobility Customer Service business seeks to hire a Project Management Team Leader to lead a team of 4-6 project managers successfully completing their contracts. You will be responsible for developing consistent management processes, implementing "standard methodologies" across various projects, and driving continuous improvement in all phases of bidding, negotiation, execution, and closeout activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for working with Project Managers, Commercial Project Managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure project health on an individual and cumulative project basis. This role will be a conduit for project health to Senior Management. Bring your passion for data to our team! What your day-to-day will look like:

You and your team lead the bid process for Rolling Stock Maintenance projects. You will mentor the Project Managers on your team, so they can also handle the bid process for their assigned tasks.
You excel at digital analytics and make data-driven decisions through the use and development of reporting using Tableau or Power BI. To thrive in this role, you have:
Experience in rolling stock (railroad) maintenance and commissioning or other rail-related experience is highly desirable, but other industries will be considered.
Proven success in innovation projects
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technical equivalent experience.
Tech-savvy and innovative mentality
Demonstrably strong presentation skills
