Job Summary: As an EntryLevel Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills a friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office email).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
