Job Responsibilities:
Apply perfected understanding and measures when assisting client queries
Ensure client 100 % satisfaction in all transactions
Ownership of client demands and additionally follow-up to assure a resolution was provided
Maintain a competent and polite temperament when conversing with consumers and peers
Perform any duties as they are assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Highschool diploma / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Must be willing to attend an onsite interview in Cebu City
- Excellent English language conversation skills
- Computer and Web proficient
- Not currently employed or studying
