Operations Clerk- Deposit Operations Department

Local community bank is seeking a professional and detailed oriented Operations Representative to be an assist in the Deposit Department at their Altoona Branch.

This entry-level position is responsible for compiling and reconciling data involving electronic transfer of funds and ATM reports; monitors cardholder activity and replaces cards; performs daily operations of overdraft program. Support multiple branches with customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)


• Administrative and customer service experience is a required; preferably in banking


• Knowledge of software including but not limited to internet, spreadsheet, word processing, core processing, and lending applications


• Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail


• Strong mathematical and documentation skills


• Professional in appearance and written & verbal communications


• Must successfully complete an introductory training course and comprehension test.

Overview of Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time position.

• Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30p.m.
