Program Manager I

Summary:

We are looking for someone who will be the point person for program management and activation of our live training for Coaching by Mastery.

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the curriculum teams to ensure we have clear alignment and partnership on key deliverables for our learners. You will also work closely with leadership to drive awareness, support, and adoption of our programs.
• You will help lead the rollout of a new scheduling tool for Coaching by Mastery, which includes: drafting a user manual, training team members on how to use the tool, partnering with our tech team to troubleshoot issues that arise, and utilizing a bug ticket system to help with intake of user feedback.
• You anticipate the needs of your team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
• You also use that knowledge to support your team's projects. In addition to being organized, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Skills/ Education/ Experience:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of Program Management, Production Management, or Event Management experience.
• Strong execution and operational rigor to drive process and structure against plans and roadmap.
• Ability to own a project from end to end.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
