Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to join our growing team. As the Affiliate Program Manager you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our affiliate program. This is a fulltime remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an affiliate program strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales

Recruit and onboard new affiliates including negotiating commission rates and terms

Manage and maintain relationships with current affiliates providing them with ongoing support and resources

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance

Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns including email marketing social media and paid advertising

Track and report on affiliate program metrics and KPIs to measure success and make datadriven decisions

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and sales to align affiliate program goals with overall company objectives

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for program improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field

3 years of experience in affiliate marketing preferably in a management role

Proven track record of successfully developing and managing affiliate programs

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in data analysis and reporting

Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact Radius or Partner Stack is a plus
