Job Description

Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a chemical manufacturing company that is looking to hire a legal counsel to join the team in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Responsible for providing legal advice and support to the senior management team and Group companies.
Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
Enforcing and/or defending claims.
Providing advice in relation to regulatory requirements.
Reports into General Counsel.
Key Qualifications / Experience
3+ years of post-qualification experience (Swiss qualified).
Native-level German language skills and fluent English.
Experience in chemical manufacturing is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills and analytical thinking.
Based in Zurich.
For all positions based in Switzerland, Redstone Private Banking Search works with their licensed Swiss partner Accurity GmbH. All candidate applications are handled in accordance with Swiss law.
