Quality Manager Zrich Switzerland

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and oversee the quality organization of Sunflower Labs and ensure the quality of our Beehive droneinabox system.

You will be responsible for leading the quality organization for developing and enhancing the quality management system for monitoring quality control in development and in manufacturing and for auditing suppliers.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an effective quality organization
• Lead the development and implementation of a quality management system according to ISO 9001 and EN9100
• Develop and improve the companys safety management
• Enhance and improve existing quality control processes in engineering and manufacturing
• Perform internal quality audits
• Perform supplier audits and monitor supplier product quality
• Manage the corrective and preventive action process
• Train staff on internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage quality control in the manufacturing facility
• Provide design inputs to product development and ensure that products meet safety and regulatory requirements
• Monitor product changes and perform change impact analyses against product safety requirements
• Participate in the change management process

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in developing quality management systems for small companies
• Good understanding of quality management system standards and methods such as ISO 9001 Six Sigma FMEA SPC SCM etc.
• Training in quality management preferred
• Familiarity with relevant product safety and product certification requirements
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Masters degree in mechanical engineering electrical engineering or related field preferred
• Work permit in Switzerland required
