Job Description
Kased Khair is hiring a Customer Care Assistant (Remote) in Geneva. Salary starts at 24 CHF per hour.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Provide product details.
- Update customer records.
- Process orders and returns.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1year experience in Customer Service.
- Fluent in English and/or German.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Effective problemsolving skills.
- Must reside in Switzerland.
