Drive the growth of the fitness brands
Develop strategies and tactics to promote the fitness centers and drive qualified traffic to the clubs
Locally implement successful marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and services
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels
Follow and oversee the implementation of branding guidelines, and protect the brand image of the company
Collaborate with key stakeholders for the strategic planning of the department to drive forward agreed company objectives
Monitor, review, analyze, and report key performance metrics of local marketing campaigns on all channels
Analyze customer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly
Manage the productivity of the department in the implementation of marketing and communication plans and projects
Create original copy ideas
Oversees the design, layout, mock ups, and production of marketing materials
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
Other tasks and projects that may be assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Journalism or related field. Post- graduate studies would be an advantage.
At least 12 years of relevant work experience, 5 years in a Managerial role
Candidate should have multi- functional exposure and experience in various aspects of marketing, gained from the Fitness industry or service-oriented institution or related industry
With experience in Sales (B2C), Brand Management, Customer Service and Public Relations
Must be adept at identifying marketing needs and demands as well as competitive moves and changes in the market and industry; adept on metrics and data analysis
Into fitness and wellness
Creative and outgoing; strong PR, can deal with media
Excellent oral and written communication skills
