Our Post Merger Integration (PMI) team at Sidekick Network supports the specialist departments and the company to be integrated in carrying out the successful company integration. As a PMI Manager, you will actively help to enable a fast and effective integration of customer aquisitions and customer operating models. You will be driving transparency of the post-acquisition performance at various levels of the customer organization, and deliver day-to-day leadership and project management of the business transformation, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time and synergies realized, maximizing the return on investment.
Tasks
- Partner with business process teams across the business to develop and coordinate the execution of the integration program to agreed timeline.
- Support Project Sponsors and commercial and functional leads with the development of the integration plan and budget reflecting strategic and financial goals and risks.
- Facilitate acquisition and stakeholder alignment on integration roadmap development and execution of plans and drive resolution of issues, ensuring risk mitigations are in place.
- Provide project management of the integration execution to successful completion, ensuring commercial and functional integration workstream leaders are delivering against the key project milestones and are considering the inter-dependencies of their work with other work streams and in-flight transformation programs.
- Manage the post-acquisition integration monitoring, ensuring quality and consistency of the reporting and driving necessary actions with stakeholders based on a review of M&A KPIs through integration/ operational dashboards and revenue/ cost synergy reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in M&A Integration, managing cross-functional project teams, and involvement in financial planning, reporting, and due diligence.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive programs effectively to achieve results, and flexibility to different approaches to meet the deliverable requirements.
- Proven ability to lead projects in a matrix environment with multiple senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Strong functional knowledge across finance, HR, legal, compliance, marketing, sales operations, and business operations.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills (i.e. be able to create succinct executive level power point presentations)
- Ability to work with and motivate a variety of global stakeholders to deliver successful projects and initiatives
- Be proactive and innovative with an ability to anticipate risks and mitigate accordingly
