Store manager

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our Milchhalle Cantine at Scout24. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the place. Your duties will include smooth communication with our partners, customers, and suppliers, undertaking administrative tasks, the organazation of caterings and demonstrating outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Tasks

Responsibilities :

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, always welcoming and friendly.
• To ensure a good working atmosphere among the team.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers and exchange feedback with the general manager.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Opening the cafe and setting up for the day ensuring everything is able to run smoothly
• Closing the cafe making sure that everything meets our standards of organization and cleanliness.
• Making coffee to a high standard both espresso and filter.
• Multitasking in between coffee making and keeping a clean and tidy workspace
• Taking care of orders and deliveries with our suppliers
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Be in charge of organizing the work schedule and holidays for the team.
• Be in charge of organising caterings and running them from start to finish.

Requirements

Requirements

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a managerial job.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Flexibility and commitment
• Some German language is appreciated not a must.
• Official registration in Germany. Anmeldung
