Welcome to BIA a boutique transformation studio based in the vibrant heart of Berlin Mitte. We create innovation and learning journeys for organizations of all sizes. Our BIA Program Designers partner with an amazing network of partners and coaches to deliver a variety of programs from 1day training workshop to 2year startup program.

- BIA Consulting: Partnering with corporations on innovation and learning programs.
- HelloCircle Academy: Providing immersive leadership training tailored for scaleups.
- (ClimateX) Startup Hub: Creating startup programs for cities and corporations.
Tasks
Were looking for a proactive and resultsoriented Growth Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a digital generalist who excels at analytical thinking to uncover opportunities has a talent in digital funnel operations and can balance both strategic planning and handson execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs
- Operate and optimize performance of digital marketing channels (top & bottomfunnel)
- Develop execute and manage growth strategies to drive customer acquisition
- Identify and analyze key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives
- Create and manage a growth roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort
Requirements
- You have minimum 3 years experience in Growth Marketing
- You have a proficient understanding of digital marketing funnels and social media platforms (SEO and SEM are useful but not required)
- You are familiar with CRM software and data analysis tools
- You have strong communication and presentation skills
- You are familiar with the Startup Innovation and Future of Work industry
- You are handson take ownership fast and operate independently
- You have excellent project management and team communication skills
- You come with good vibes and nurture great (external) relationships
- You speak and write in nativelevel English
- You have a Bachelor or Masters degree
