We are looking for a local marketing manager for our Minneapolis office. This individual will create content, generate and organize leads, facilitate networking and sales events, and build our brand in the Minneapolis metro.

Job Details

• Lead local marketing efforts for our Minneapolis area team.
  
• Test, evaluate, and create all online marketing content to generate leads in the local market including google search, SEO, local social media targeting.Coordinate, staff, and attend local events (home shows, home and remodeling association events, networking opportunities) for the purpose of generation leads and strengthening partner relations
  
• Create and oversee the design and branding of our marketing collateral and digital presence
  
• Oversee local email marketing campaigns
  
• Assist with web development
  
• Brainstorm new advertising ideas with the leadership team
  
  

Requirements

• 3 or more years of marketing experience or marketing education
  
• Graphic design ability with experience in adobe suiteFamiliarity with running a CRM like Salesforce, Oracle, Zoho, or HubSpot
  
• Fundamental understanding of web development
  
• Access to a vehicle with driver s license
