Own the toolchain and empower others to build our next generation entertainment marketing suite.
To do so, you must be able to make independent decisions, prioritize and execute the features we need right now. You need to be decisive and motivated by aggressive deadlines to deliver without being reckless at the same time. We expect you to run your team decentralized and to be resolute on what your goal is. Most importantly, your team should be consistent in what it delivers over time but flexible in its methodology.
To strengthen our MarTech stack, you discuss our business needs with founders and department heads. You ensure fast deployments and effective monitoring. Incidents are detected immediately and dealt with under your watch. You use your autonomy to hire people when your team is too small or to give raises to your most valuable colleagues. Be hands-on without asking when your team needs support, and show them that you care.

The application process
We ask you to invest four to five hours into getting to know us. In return, we will not ask you to repeat the contents of your CV, and we will provide you with genuine feedback and discussion during the whole interview process.
Cultural interview (~30 min)

We will provide you with a take-home task and expect you to invest a maximum of two hours.
