Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Team Lead Software Development to join our team in Grasbrunn BY Germany. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to deliver cuttingedge solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers product owners and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of software developers providing guidance mentoring and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

Collaborate with project managers product owners and other stakeholders to define project requirements timelines and deliverables.

Plan organize and prioritize tasks and projects for the software development team.

Drive the development process ensuring highquality efficient and timely delivery of software products.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our software development processes.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Identify and address any technical issues or roadblocks that may arise during the development process.

Communicate project progress risks and issues to stakeholders and provide timely updates.

Foster a collaborative and positive team culture encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong technical background in software development with expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g. C Java Python).

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. JIRA Scrum).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.

Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.

Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
