Tasks

• Become a key player and goto person in diverse project settings by building trustful relationships and facilitating action effectively and efficiently
• Own entire workstreams endtoend aligning with project and client requirements
• Dive deep into research data and network knowledge to craft meaningful analyses to back your results to the client
• Communicate insights tailored to your target audience enabling clients to understand and contextualize project results correctly for their decisionmaking
• Live the entrepreneurial mindset by developing our business and sharing P&L responsibility within your work
• Become a domain knowledge leader to your team members clients and the industry

Requirements

• 35 years of relevant work experience in a leading consulting firm and other highpaced environments
• Healthcare industry or technologystrategy interest is essential prior experience considered a plus
• Advanced degree or additional professional experience beyond a bachelors degree
• A track record of an entrepreneurial mindset proven by successfully realizing own ideas and empathetically leading teams to success
• Proven ability in analytical yet creative thinking with a structured path to results creation
• Rigorous attention to detail and quality to deliver topnotch artefacts that matter
• Outstanding oral written and visual communication skills and understanding of different target audiencesBusinessfluent language skills in German and English
