We are hiring for one of Europe's leading tech start-ups, which is hiring a Freelance People Operations Manager to support the business on a range of People & Culture topics.
Tasks
- Design, develop and implement, a smooth employee onboarding & offboarding process.
- Manage a range of operational people topics.
- Creating and developing employee policies and procedures.
- Help build a people function that will enable the business to scale efficiently while looking after its employees.
- Partner with the wider team on Employment Law, HR Policies, HR Processes, Compensation, and all other people issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant People & Culture / HR experience.
- Proven track record in independently planning, developing, and implementing various People projects.
- We re looking for someone that has an appetite to chip in and do what s needed to help support the wider business.
- Available to start work in November 2022.
