Job Description

As we expand our operations we are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Junior Marketing and Advertising Sales Agent fluent in Hebrew to join our dynamic team onsite in Berlin.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Junior Marketing and Advertising Sales Agent fluent in Hebrew for our Berlin office. This role is ideal for a selfstarter with at least one year of experience in sales and/or marketing. The chosen candidate will play a key role in promoting our digital services acquiring new business leads and supporting our marketing efforts for a major tech industry leader.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the Hebrewspeaking market for our digital marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Perform thorough market research to discover new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Engage with prospects via email phone and social media to generate leads and arrange meetings.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of potential clients ensuring regular followup to foster relationships.
  • Present and showcase our digital services to potential clients highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales strategies and campaigns.

Marketing Support:

  • Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our digital services.
  • Develop engaging content for our website social media channels and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing and executing online events webinars and other promotional activities.
  • Update and maintain our CRM system with accurate and timely information about leads and clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the main contact for client inquiries offering prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback working with the team to implement necessary enhancements.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with teams across sales marketing and customer support to achieve shared goals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings contributing ideas and insights to improve our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and new technologies to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Hebrew with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing ideally in the digital services sector.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic onsite work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • A proactive resultsdriven approach with a keen eye for detail.
