Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ADMIN ASSISTANT

Our client aims to help veteran expats of all six branches living around the world that America has forgotten about. Since their spouses are not being given free medical insurance and instead implementing the fmp (foreign medical program), veterans are only being provided what they are service connected for and in some cases only small amounts of disability is granted therefore leaving us to pay extremely high medical insurance bills. Our client fights for all the veteran s benefits that they have not yet received. They specialize in maximizing your spouse s benefits which they have earned and deserve.

We are searching for Admin Assistant to join our fun, fast paced, growing team and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers. Admin Assistant would be part of a large team and responsible for meeting their daily / weekly / monthly quota of connections, as per the targets set by the client.


To be an Admin Assistant:

Experience in administrative, secretarial work or equivalent
Excellent English written and spoken communication skills is required.
Must be well-organized.
Must have a positive and professional attitude.
Computer literate and has excellent typing skills.
Excellent time management and decision-making skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent will and with Can Do positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team-based environment.
Someone who can work unsupervised.


Your Responsibilities as an Admin Assistant:

Source new opportunities through leads and follow-up appropriately.
Meet appointment quotas per client requirements.
Fill out forms as required.
Understand and handle customer needs and requirements.
Make appropriate recommendations based on customer profile and needs.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Constantly seek ways how to improve on performance through lifelong learning and new skill acquirement mechanisms.
