Tasks
- Adapt the business model of the company to be culturally relevant to the Philippines market without losing its identity
- Network effectively with new top Publishers and develop strong business relations with existing ones;
- Coordinate with head office and write monthly/quarterly/annual/upon request reports;
- Recruit, assist in training new staff, and monitor their performance
- Predict and inform in advance management regarding all upcoming circumstances that may threaten our company (for example, updates from Google/Facebook, entry of new competitors, etc.)
- Know about the latest government rules and regulations which may directly influence digital business
- Promote the company s profile, image, and brand by participating in the digital advertising trade fairs, exhibitions, webinars, and other initiatives
- Contribute to the global budgeting by forecasting and reporting processes and ensure the adoption, compliance, and implementation of these processes locally
Requirements
- 5+ experience in digital advertising, Adtech / Martech
- Significant experience in the finance and marketing fields is strongly preferred
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Filipino & English
- Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
- A solid history of data-driven strategic development
- Deep understanding of the industry, technologies, website monetization, and online advertising tools and practices
- Strong prospecting, writing, presenting, negotiating and oral communication skills.
- Personal qualities: active, sociable, goal-oriented, self-motivated, capable to work alone and as a part of a team
- Ability to work from home and stay on-task
