Job Description

ALLDATA Europe GmbH is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record to join our Europe DACH Team based in Cologne Germany.

Your primary function is to sell ALLDATA Repair to prospects and to maintain a working relationship with existing customers, resellers and distributors. This includes planning, managing, and implementing all necessary sales activities for a successful Territory Management in an assigned sales territory. It also includes working with our software, sales processes, policies, and procedures.
Additionally, you must work as a team member with all the departments within
ALLDATA. Travel may be required. An automotive or technical background and SAAS would be advantageous, but not compulsory. This position will be an integral part of the future growth of the company and will be joining the company at an exciting time.

Tasks

  • Attain your targeted monthly sales (excl. tax, less provision) or better.
  • Generate your own leads and follow up on business-generated leads
  • Ensure sales are made the right way and live our values of always putting the
    customer first
  • Maintain and update company CRM
  • Effective time management to ensure all targeted activities are completed
  • Weekly and Monthly Forecasting
  • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Live our company values
  • Keep up to date with the competition

Requirements

  • Experience and success in a sales position preferably over the telephone.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • An automotive or technical background and SAAS would be advantageous,
    but not compulsory.
  • Self-Motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and team spirit skills
  • Values company culture and ability to work in an international multicultural company
  • Can speak German and English
