We are an early-stage startup in Berlin that helps fashion brands & retailers gain access to the resale market for their products. Using our recommence-as-a-service solution, brands can launch resale programs that allow consumers to shop & trade-in pre-owned, refurbished products.

Tasks
- User and Market Research: Help us identify our user groups and their specific needs. Do our solutions work for them? Can we form new hypotheses, and build and learn from these hypotheses?
- Strategy and Product Market Fit: Help our founding team shape the strategy and find Product-Market Fit based on your user research and customer insights. Identify and prove assumptions that are inherent to the strategy instead of blindly building whatever the roadmap says.
- Communication and Culture: Foster exchange between tech, e-commerce, logistics and fashion e-commerce experts within the company. Make sure we all contribute to and have a shared understanding of the product strategy and have all the information and context to work towards our common goals.
- Tech and Operations: Ultimately the big picture needs to be brought to life with all the odds and ends of a digital product that handles analog, real-world items involved. You will both work with our agile tech team to bring new features to life and help our Operations team develop processes for the big scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a cross-functional product development team, not necessarily as a Product Manager
- Being an advocate for Agile beyond frameworks, tools and processes
- Solid understanding of software development
- Great communication skills (writing, speaking, scribbling)
- Experience in (fashion) e-commerce is a plus
- You are fluent in German and English
