Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Speaking Team Leader to guide develop and inspire our team of inside sales representatives. This role is pivotal in driving the teams performance ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry dynamics. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives and enhancing our market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Lead motivate and develop a team of inside sales representatives setting clear goals and expectations. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Coaching: Regularly coach and provide feedback to team members on their performance. Ensure that performance metrics are met or exceeded on a weekly basis. Identify performancerelated issues and implement effective action plans for improvement.
  • Performance Management: Address performance issues with appropriate corrective actions up to and including termination of employment when necessary to maintain a highperforming team.
  • KPI Management: Ensure that the service provided to customers meets or surpasses the contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets. Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate expectations and provide timely updates to team members. Conduct regular team meetings to share relevant information foster open communication and gather feedback.
  • Systems and Tools Proficiency: Utilize multiple systems and tools efficiently to monitor daily team activities. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting within CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Product and Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of our product portfolio and industry trends. Guide team members through complex customer engagements with expert advice.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) to gather analyze and interpret data. Develop insights and action plans to drive team performance and business growth. Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management highlighting key performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on internal processes policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training sessions to enhance your leadership skills and industry knowledge.
  • Cultural Advocacy: Embody and promote the companys values through your behavior and attitude. Serve as an advocate for team members ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken German with a professional level of English proficiency.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes including experience with cold leads and account management. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to gather interpret and present data effectively. Capable of developing actionable insights and plans.
  • Leadership Skills: Highly motivated individual with proven skills in developing and coaching team members to achieve performance targets. Ability to lead a team in multitasking prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Demonstrated ability to mentor coach and guide a team towards achieving their best performance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel. Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Stress Management: Ability to perform well under pressure maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.
