Working Student Founder Associate mfd

Are you interested in gaining insights into an earlystage web3 startup led by experienced founders At ephema Labs youll have the unique opportunity to observe the entire process of building a startup from the ground up. Youll work closely with a team that has a proven track record of scaling VCfunded startups to profitability. In this role youll serve as the right hand of the founders gaining exposure to various aspects of establishing a company including business strategy legal frameworks and accounting processes.

Tasks

Your role involves supporting the founding team with a wide range of tasks including but not limited to:

• Assisting the founders with strategic planning processes
• Taking responsibility for preparatory accounting tasks (Vorbereitende Buchhaltung)
• Supporting eventrelated activities such as location scouting and managing supplier relationships
• Assisting with government grant applications and programs
• Supporting partnership negotiations and agreements

Requirements

• Student in business industrial engineering or related fields with strong academic performance
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive cando attitude
• Analytical and structured problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Fluent in English and at least B2 level in German
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles (and learn how they are applied in practise)
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn more about web3 technologies
• Previous experience through internships in consulting or a technology startup is a plus
• Being based in Berlin is preferred but remote work is possible
